Tessi and Imprimerie Nationale establish the company SAKARAH
Tessi and Imprimerie Nationale announced today that they have signed a partnership agreement in the field of dematerialisation activities.
This partnership is materialised by the establishment of a company, SAKARAH. 80% of the share capital will be held by TESSI and 20% by Imprimerie Nationale.
SAKARAH’s business will be based on the existing document exchange platform “Sakarah” created by the Imprimerie Nationale and will be bolstered by the Groups’ mutually beneficial advantages which have confirmed both as leading players in digital and secure flow processing.
SAKARAH aims to carve out a position as unrivalled leader in France in the sector of secure dematerialisation.
The Imprimerie Nationale Group will be the primary operator of SAKARAH, under the INFACTO brand, to serve central administration, public institutions and local and territorial authorities.
“The dematerialisation of documentary processes is a priority for State administrations and Imprimerie Nationale has a key role to play in supporting this initiative,” announced Didier Trutt, CEO of the Imprimerie Nationale Group.
The two Groups are also studying other potential synergies in the industrial processing of in and outgoing mail as well as in handling sensitive flows such as safe output management, digitisation, archiving and evidence management.
