(Reuters) - Vivendi a augmenté sa participation dans Telecom Italia pour la porter à 15,486% à la date du 4 septembre contre 14,9% précédemment, a annoncé mercredi l'autorité de la Bourse de Milan, la Consob.
Selon l'avis financier, Vivendi détient une part de 8,23% via son véhicule Société d'investissements et de gestion 108 (SIG 108).
Le groupe français est le premier actionnaire de l'opérateur télécoms italien.
